Head, shoulders, knees, and toes — you may know the song! Add: eyes, ears, nose, mouth, hands, feet.

Touch your head — say ‘head!’ Touch your nose — say ‘nose!’ Touch your feet — say ‘feet!’

Practice

Play Simon Says alone: ‘Simon says touch your ears!’ Do it ten times with different body parts. Go fast!
