Idea — Authentic audio can be shortened, pre-listened for blockers, or paired with a support script for lower levels. The aim is to preserve naturalness while managing cognitive load.

Example — A 4-minute interview clipped to 90 seconds with one gist question is more teachable than the full version with a dense comprehension grid.

Try — Take one piece of authentic audio you own. Identify the 60-second section with the clearest content. Design one task for that section only.
