Idea — A clear paragraph has a topic sentence, supporting detail or evidence, and a concluding link. Teaching this explicitly helps learners at B1 and above.

Example — ‘Social media causes anxiety. A 2023 study found… . This suggests that…’ — topic, evidence, implication: three moves, one paragraph.

Try — Give learners a jumbled paragraph — topic sentence, three supports, a conclusion. Ask them to reconstruct it in the correct order. Discuss the reasoning.
