Idea — Dictogloss: the teacher reads a short text at natural speed. Learners take notes, then reconstruct it in groups. They produce their own version — not a transcription. Learning happens in the gap.

Example — Teacher reads a 60-word news item twice. Learners write key words only. In pairs they rebuild the text, then compare with the original.

Try — Run a dictogloss with a 50-word text this week. Which grammar features do learners drop when reconstructing? That is what to teach next.
