Idea — Instructions should be short, staged and demonstrated, not explained at length. Instruction-checking questions (ICQs) confirm learners understood the task before they begin, preventing wasted minutes.

Example — After "work alone", an ICQ "Alone or with a partner?" catches confusion before it spreads.

Try — Plan one task's instructions in under fifteen words plus a demo. Add one ICQ to check the trickiest condition.
