Idea — Product writing focuses on the final text — its genre conventions, organisation, and accuracy. Learners study a model, then produce one like it.

Example — Analyse a letter of complaint: opening, problem statement, evidence, demand, close. Then write one using the same structure.

Try — Choose a text type your learners need. Extract three structural features from a model. Ask learners to produce a text using those features.
