Keep evidence, not just certificates
Include a learner profile, language analysis, lesson plans, original materials, observation records, feedback and revisions.
Label the conditions of each sample: self-study, rehearsal, observed teaching or independent assessment. Record assistance and accommodations.
Public portfolios require consent for any learner contribution. Personal candidate records stay private. A self-study completion record is not an assessed teaching qualification.
