Idea

Classes of two to five learners change the social dynamic — there is no crowd to hide in. Build in solo preparation time before pair or group tasks.

Example

With three learners, a roleplay can rotate: A speaks to B while C prepares; then A speaks to C while B reflects. Each person is active.

Try

Plan a five-minute speaking task that works without any group larger than two learners.
