ELT365 · Day 198 — Collaborative writing tasks

July 5, 2026 · Sourov · 1 min read

Idea — Writing together removes blank-page panic, promotes discussion about language choices, and produces a shared text learners feel invested in.

Example — Groups of three write one sentence each in rotation, building a story. Or co-author a class guide to their city for an imaginary new student.

Try — Design one collaborative writing task where every learner contributes at least two sentences.
