Idea — Product writing focuses on the finished text. Learners analyse a model, identify its features, then write their own version. The model is a target, not a template to copy.

Example — Model: a formal complaint letter. Learners identify greeting, problem, request, close. Then they write a complaint about a different situation.

Try — Find a strong model text for a genre you teach. List five features learners should notice and replicate. Write that analysis task.
