Idea — A mixed-ability class is not a problem to solve; it is the normal classroom. The goal is not to standardise outcomes but to give every learner an appropriate challenge.

Example — One reading task, three question sets: A (simpler, more contextual clues), B (standard), C (evaluative, open-ended). Same text; different entry points.

Try — Take one task you teach and write a simplified version and an extension. Use all three versions next week.
