Idea — Delayed feedback collects learner errors during a fluency task and addresses them immediately after — while the language is still warm. It protects flow and still targets accuracy.

Example — Teacher monitors a discussion, noting three recurring errors on a slip. After five minutes: “Someone said… What would you say instead?” — anonymous, reformulation-focused.

Try — In your next speaking task, note exactly three error types — not individual mistakes. Address them on the board at the end. Ask learners to correct; do not tell them.
