Idea — In task-based learning, learners do a communicative task first, then focus on language that arose from it. The task generates a real need; the language focus answers it.
Example — Learners plan a weekend trip in pairs, then share their plan. Errors with future forms appear naturally. Now the grammar lesson is answering a question the learners already have.
Try — Set a task before the grammar input in your next lesson. Monitor for the target form errors. After the task, present the language as a solution to what went wrong.
