Idea — Open discussions often die because the question is dull, the answer is one word, or stronger voices dominate. Concrete, divisive prompts and small groups keep everyone talking.

Example — "Should phones be banned in schools?" sparks more than "Do you like technology?"

Try — Rewrite a flat discussion question into one with a clear yes/no split, then plan to run it in threes, not as a whole class.
