Idea — Give content feedback first — validate the communicative act — before correcting language. This tells learners the message matters, not only the form.

Example — After a learner explains a plan: “Your three steps were clear. I also noticed I am agree — the correct form is I agree.”

Try — In your next speaking lesson, give one content comment before any language correction for each learner.
