Idea — Extensive reading outside class develops vocabulary depth and reading speed — but only if learners choose texts they enjoy at their level.

Example — A learner who reads one graded reader per month gains significant passive vocabulary over a year.

Try — Ask learners to name one topic they enjoy in their first language. Find one text on that topic in English, at their level.
