💡 Today’s Idea

Learn to say numbers 1–20 in English. Numbers are everywhere — in the classroom, the shops, the street.

📖 From My Experience

At The Ivy in Sydney — one of the busiest restaurants in Australia — I managed a team and every night I counted: table fourteen, party of eight, twelve drinks ordered, nine courses served. Numbers are not just maths. They are the language of coordination. My very first job in Australia, before the restaurants, was at a grocery store. The manager asked me to count the boxes on the shelf. I knew the numbers. That was enough to get started.
