🏘️ Where Do You Live?

⏱ 5 minutes Β· πŸ“š CELTA-informed Β· 🎯 Cambridge A2

πŸ“– From the teacher’s desk: Saint-Pierre is the second-largest town in La RΓ©union β€” it has a beach, a market, a harbour, and some wonderful restaurants. Moving here from Sydney, I had to quickly learn all the town vocabulary in French first! Now I love teaching the same vocabulary in English, helping my students describe their own hometowns with pride.

🎯 By the end of this lesson, you can: name 10 places in a town and say where things are.

Think of your town or neighbourhood. What places can you see? πŸ—ΊοΈ Close your eyes and imagine walking down your street. What do you pass?
