ELT365 · Day 271 — Post-Lesson Reflection
Idea
A written reflection after the lesson closes the planning cycle. Without it, the same mistakes repeat. Three questions are enough: What worked? What didn’t? What would I change?
Example
‘The speaking task ran five minutes over because the prompt was too open. Next time: add a word limit and a timekeeper role.’
Try
After your next lesson, take three minutes to write one sentence answering each of the three reflection questions.
