LLFE-A12 · Learning Never Stops — Talking About Learning Experiences
🎓 Learning Never Stops
⏱ 5 minutes · 📚 CELTA-informed · 🎯 Cambridge B2
📖 From the teacher’s desk: At 40-something, I completed the Cambridge CELTA course — sitting alongside trainees half my age, writing assignments, being observed teaching, receiving feedback. It was humbling and energising in equal measure. I had already managed luxury venues in Sydney and learned French as an adult in La Réunion. Learning has never felt like something I finished. It’s how I stay alive intellectually.
🎯 By the end of this lesson, you can: discuss lifelong learning experiences and the value of education at different life stages.
🔥 Warm Up (1 min)
What’s the most recent thing you learned — big or small? A recipe, a language, a skill, a fact? How did it feel to be a learner again?
